The ketogenic diet is designed to induce the body to burn fat vs. carbohydrates by changing the chemistry in your stomach. This high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet is a tasty treat compared to most diets due to the high natural fats used such as coconut oil, duck fat, truffle oils as well as tasty treats made with almond flour and other great substitutes. YEG Meals understands the mix involved with good food and restrictive diets, please let us know what your restrictions are so we can make sure you get what you want and need. Non-Vegetarian meals are based on 6 oz protein meals with 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup starch serving and 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup vegetable serving which is on par with the food guide's recommendations for healthy eating. Make sure to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have to ensure the accuracy of preparation.
